Cebu Country Club's Renovation Progress

The Cebu Country Club Clubhouse Redevelopment Project continues to progress steadily as the Club moves toward delivering a modern, world-class facility while preserving its rich heritage and long-standing tradition.

This major transformation reflects the Club’s commitment to enhancing member experience through upgraded amenities, improved functionality, and thoughtfully designed spaces that blend tradition with modern excellence.

Construction activities remain on schedule, with multiple workstreams advancing simultaneously across the development. Structural works have reached major milestones, while mechanical, electrical, plumbing, sanitary, fire protection, and auxiliary systems continue to progress in accordance with the project's overall timeline.

The main clubhouse structure is now approaching the completion of its core construction phase. Current efforts are focused on interior architectural finishes, mechanical and electrical installations, plumbing and sanitary systems, fire protection, and specialized fit-out works that will prepare the facility for its next stage of completion. These coordinated activities are essential to ensuring that every space meets the Club's standards for quality, functionality, and member experience.

Upcoming Project Milestones

In accordance with the approved construction schedule, the following milestones are targeted:

November 8, 2026

Parking Building Completion

The new parking structure is expected to be completed, providing expanded parking capacity and improved accessibility for members and guests.

December 15, 2026

Partial Completion of the Clubhouse Ground Floor

The following areas are scheduled for completion and operational readiness:

Administrative Offices
Veranda Soberano
Main Kitchen
Golf Registration Area
Portion of the Male Locker Rooms

January 24, 2027

Completion of Underground Utilities

Critical underground infrastructure—including utility lines and support systems—will be completed to support the long-term operation of the new clubhouse and surrounding facilities.

March 12, 2027

Road Network Completion

Internal roadways and circulation routes throughout the development are scheduled for completion, improving vehicle access, traffic flow, and connectivity within the Club grounds.

April 29, 2027

Full Ground Floor Completion

The entire clubhouse ground floor is expected to reach completion, marking another major milestone toward the full opening of the redeveloped clubhouse.

Continuing Development

Beyond the primary construction works, several complementary components of the project are progressing in parallel. These include:
